How to know if my laptop will me able to run GTA IV?

GTA IV was one of my favourite games to play when I had an Xbox, and I would love to play it again.

I could buy it off Steam for my laptop but I am unsure that it will be able to run it.

I have a cheap Lenovo one which cost like £350. Please don't ask me for details about memory or graphics or RAM or anything because I'm not a big computer nerd and have no clue about any of that.

If there a way to check without actually buying the game? And what would be the chances do you think of a bog standard laptop running it?
