Help factory resetting my computer?

I have a Lenovo Yoga and I can t get it to stay on long enough to go through settings to factory reset, an error message pops up and my only choice is to turn off my laptop when it does. I can t remove the battery or hard drive or anythimg. Anyone know what to do?
