Lenovo Y-50-70 Screen is hurting my eyes?

Over the last few days I've been using my Lenovo Y50-70 I've noticed it's been hurting my eyes has anyone else had this problem?
If so does anyone have a solution? Maybe I need a tint cover over it or something?
