I got this Lenovo G500 on October 2013. After a year of using it, it won't start properly. Only the lenovo logo appears. It was fixed by Lenovo on October 2014 since it was still covered by the warranty. It worked fine again from 2014 to 2015. Then on October 2015, the same problem occurred. It won't start properly, only the Lenovo logo appears. After a month of not opening the laptop, when I turn it on, it starts properly, but after this, the same problem occurs.
Can I fix this without having to go to Lenovo Repair and Service Center? If not, what is/are the problem/s of this laptop? How much do you think they'll charge me if I ask them to fix the laptop? I'm from Philippines (and still living here) but the laptop was bought in United Arab Emirates by my older sister. This laptop was first fixed by Lenovo in UAE.
