Whats the best affordable laptop around 500-750 dollars?

I m looking for a laptop that would last for 4-5 years, has a long battery life, and can handle games I m really not much of a gamer but I would love if the laptop could handle games like Sims, Outlast, fallout and skyrim. Thanks for the help
