PROBLEM WITH DIGITAL DRAWING?!

So basically I have the Wacom bamboo create tablet. I've downloaded the sketchbook express software and when I draw on my tablet with my pen, the line does not appear where my pen is located at, it's always off. What should I do? I worked this on pain tool Sai and it works perfectly fine. What seems to be the problem here. Btw this laptop I'm using is new, Lenovo
