Could anyone suggest which laptop i should get?

this is actually part of my homework that im struggling with a bit.
I need help with a suggestion on as to what laptop i should get according to the specifications below:

"The support Division Are a new division within the company who support the day to day running of all the computer systems. They require a portable computer with the ability to perform diagnostic assessments on networked computer systems. This new division require advice and guidance on which Anti-Virus, Firewall and operating system utilities they can use in order to keep the company network safe and secure"
