Why is my internet only working on one of my computers?

I have a Lenovo gaming laptop that I bought three months ago. I recently had internet installed at my home and for some reason the internet will only work on one site, YouTube.

On my Lenovo I can't use any site other than that one when it's connected to my internet, however it will go to any site just fine while connected to other wifi hotspots.

This is only the case with my Lenovo and not my other computer.

I don't understand this. I've tried resetting everything, turning the motem and router on/off and connecting my computer directly to the internet via Ethernet.
