My laptop is stuck on loading screen when i turn it on?

So i turned my laptop on and its been on the loading screen with the pc logo (acer/dell/lenovo/whatever but mines acer) and its been stuck there for about 5-10 minuets… Previously i was just using my pc and wanted to shut it down but accidentaly pressed restart but i was in a hurry and had no time to wait so i just pressed the off button for a long time until it shut down… When i came home i turned on my laptop and now as i type this it has been stuck on the logo loading screen for like 7 minuets+ … Anyone know whats going on? Im currently running win10
