Is it possible to upgrade my laptop screen?

I have an original model Lenovo Flex 14 laptop. I like it a lot, and I have no issues with it apart from the screen. The resolution (1366x768) is far too low for a 14 inch screen, and therefore there is noticeable fuzziness and lack of detail. The screen is also very dim even at maximum brightness, and it's far from vivid when looking at colourful images.

This wasn't a huge issue for me, until I took up photography at the back end of last year. I'm not convinced that my post processing is as good as it could be on such a poor display. However, I resent the idea of paying £600 for a better laptop, when the one I have is in perfect working order.

So would it be possible for me to replace the crappy screen with a better one? For example, perhaps the 1080p screen from the Flex 2? Can anyone advise me on this?
