So I just got a new laptop a Lenovo flex, and it comes with windows 8.1 upon entering the start screen everything is fine but no icon/app opens, settings etc. The desktop works fine hence me being able to write this but windows 8.1 just wont work i've tried looking through the settings but theres nothing there to help
