My hard drive failed (Error 2100, main HDD) and the F11 key for restoring won't work. It just sends me back to the options menu after trying to restore. Can I restore or just wipe my computer back to factory settings from the startup? I am very frustrated, I'd like to recover everything on my HDD, but if I can't, I just need to reset everything so I can use a computer again. What can I do?
