So I've been having this problem for a while now. Every time I try and use the internet on Chrome or IE the page won't load and I am redirected to a blank screen with this message:
'DNS Lookup for "www.searchpage.com" failed. The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found'
Which means I can't use the internet on my laptop (Lenovo, if it's relevant). I've looked elsewhere on the web and been told it's a problem with the proxy server (?) but when I followed the instructions which told me to untick a certain box my problem remained.
I know very little about how software and the Internet works so I basically just need some clear instructions rather than any explanations in order to help solve this.
