Originally I had McAfee Antivirus on a Lenovo computer, now I have an HP and the free trial is over so I was going to add this computer onto my subscription but it won't download and keeps telling me it's a problem. I can't uninstall from my Lenovo because it no longer turns on, and there doesn't appear to be an option on the McAfee account/products page. Help?
