Hello
i bought a lenovo laptop (ideapad y510p) about 1 month ago. It works great in all ways exept that it keeps overheating and crashing (bsod). When i bought the computer the salesman said that it had an external computerfan on the rightside (looks identical to the left one) that could be switched out at anytime to a dvd player or anything like that. But the right computer fan dosen't seem to work and never has and i don't know if it's broken when perchased or if it has to be activated or something. Anyways my new laptop now crashes a few times per day just showing me bsod and is burning hot. Does anyone know anything about this problem? Is there a way to cool down my computer or something like that? I'm afraid the computer will get dameged if this problem isn't fixed soon.
