I'm on a Lenovo Windows 8.1 PC, and just recently, out of the blue, all my graphics started acting up. It's worst on Netflix, but the problem also exists on youtube, facebook, and various gaming websites.
I've spent the last four days googling this problem and am at my wit's end.
The videos start to lag and go choppy, the audio goes out of sync, and a static-y crackling noise starts up.
I've done just about everything the rest of the internet has suggested; I have antivirus software, I've re-installed flash, I've enabled and disabled the different flashes multiple times, I've emptied my cache and my history and restarted my computer more times in the last half a week than in this past year.
Please help?
