Hi. I have a Lenovo B Series laptops Lenovo B570 Notebook and I can't get into it. I reset the password but figured I'd never need to use it since I had the fingerprint reader. Now I can't get into it because I can't remember the password and the fingerprint reader option doesn't come up when logging on. Please Help.
